A freediver meeting a sea turtle underwater

Guided Session

What I do in a guided session

I stay with you throughout, watching closely and refining the details of your technique. Whatever you want to work on is what we work on.

Divecube Hotel (Taichung) sessions are indoors and are not affected by rain or typhoon conditions.

Important: I can arrange insurance for students with Taiwanese ID. Visitors from overseas must arrange their own travel or accident insurance — Taiwanese policies require a national ID number. You will sign a liability release and medical statement at check-in.
Documents before your session

Download and complete both the Liability Release (PDF, 2 pages) and Medical Statement (PDF, 2 pages) early. If you answer “yes” to any of the 12 health questions, a doctor’s signature is required before joining.

Sessions are arranged by appointment — there is no online booking. We agree the dates by message:

In your message: which session or course, your preferred dates, how many of you, and any freediving experience.

Next step

Ready for the next level?

A guided session is practice, not a course. If what you want is new technique, more depth, or the next certification, that means an AIDA course: AIDA 2 takes you into open water, AIDA 3 adds freefall and deep rescue.
